The scheme sought to extend the existing Wolverhampton to Birmingham tram line to run through Birmingham City Centre from the old terminus at Snow Hill to New Street Station.

Our planning team were contracted to review the delivery programme post-contract award.  We succeeded in updating the previously rejected programme and obtaining an accepted Clause 32 programme to deliver the scheme. 

The project did encounter early changes and delays, so our delay analysis experience was utilised to produce a comprehensive explanation of the effects of these changes upon the programme.  Our graphics and reports enabled the client to agree to a time extension and the associated costs during the delivery phase.
