Our team assisted in the day-to-day programming and possession planning of the platform refurbishments and conducted a thorough delay analysis of the refurbishment.  We included the construction of a new pedestrian footbridge in our delay analysis.

The comprehensive set of records held by our client meant that we could produce an accurate time slice analysis and attribute delays accordingly.  This enabled our client to appreciate their own culpability as well as that of their client.

The final account was agreed upon soon after completion of our work and our planning staff were retained for Phase 2 of the project.
