Our services were employed to produce the tender programme to construct a new road bridge across 10 lanes of the M1 in Leicestershire. 

Our client’s internal planners maintained the programme through the early stages of the project, but our services were employed after several months due to notable utility delays.

Our expertise in analysing and presenting the causes and effects of these delays meant that we could quickly demonstrate to the client representative and his planning manager how the programme had changed.  A time extension and acceptance of associated costs were obtained.

We were subsequently retained to oversee the programme production, maintenance and CE modelling for the remainder of the construction period.
