The A43 Corby Link Road scheme entails the construction of four miles (6.5km) of dual carriageway between the A6003 and Stanion roundabout, including the construction of three new over bridges and new culverts. The client for the scheme was the Northampton County Council and the project value is approximately £34M.

We were appointed by the main contractor to modify the original tender programme into a Cl31 contract programme.  Further planning support involved monitoring the contract programme in terms of site progress (Cl32 programmes) and demonstrating the programme effect of any site changes (Compensation Events and or Early Warnings), so that the Contractor and Client can be fully informed of any revised Contract Completion Date.

The programme was developed in P6 and the Contract was managed and let under the NEC3 Target Cost form of Contract.
