Project Planning Ltd were hired to produce the tender programme within a short time for this streetscaping scheme.  The scheme required us to work closely with the traffic management team to ensure traffic could flow as the scheme was built.

The tender programme was updated at contract award to become the Clause 31 programme on this NEC 4 contract.

During the life of the project, we were requested to maintain the Clause 32 contract programmes and accompanying Compensation Event (Clause 60-63) programmes.  This regular update kept the client fully informed and allowed the site team to deliver on time.
